How the “Ringwood Loyalty Coach Party Scheme” works.

All visiting Coach Party operators will be invited to join the “Ringwood Loyalty Coach Party Scheme” experience:

1. The organisers of Coach Parties will be invited to contact the “Ringwood Loyalty Coach Party Scheme” by either emailing (CoachParty@rlds.co.uk) or calling Jim Stride on 07891 336419 or through the www.rlds.co.uk website.

2. Once the Coach Party has been booked in for the “Ringwood Loyalty Coach Party Scheme” experience we will contact the "Ringwood Representative" of the day to “Meet and Greet” the Coach Party when the coach arrives in town:

3. The "Ringwood Representative" will welcome all visitors to Ringwood and will give them a Ringwood Loyalty Discount Scheme Voucher.

4. On the reverse of the voucher there will be a map of Ringwood which will be headed “Ringwood Loyalty Coach Party Scheme".

5. On this page there will be full details of special welcomes to Coach Party Travellers from participating traders such as “Wine Tasting”, “Welcome Treats” & “Special Coach Party Menus” etc.

6. Each of the Traders sections on this voucher will be stamped with a special “Ringwood Loyalty Stamp” when the visitors receive their welcome.

7. We will contact the 8 Traders (number to increase as scheme grows) providing the special welcome to be prepared to receive the Coach Party.

8. We have secured one free coach parking space for every day until end of 2009 and the coach driver will be directed “Moortown Farm, Ringwood for this parking.

9. The Coach Driver will be provided with an “All Day Breakfast” as a thank you.

10. Market traders will provide a warm welcome to the visitors on Market Day.

11. Full courtesy will be extended to all visitors.

12. Every thing has been arranged and provided at “NO COST”.

Awareness of this scheme will be spread by News, Website coverage, Targeted Mailing, Word of Mouth Etc.

The overriding purpose of this scheme is to provide a special shopping / visiting experience for Coach Party travellers and will naturally boost customers for our “Local Traders”, which in turn strengthens the town of RINGWOOD.
